To help with thecreation of characters for playing in Tanaloth, I have written up a number of Character packages. Taking a package (by spending its full cost) gives you a required set of advantages and disadvantages (which count towards your basic 40pts of disadvantages), and a minimum set of skills at the required levels, for your character. You may freely spend any remaining points on stats, raising skills, or buying other advantages. In addition some of the packages have other skills mentioned with no points allocated, these are common optional skills that such characters often have, and can be purchased without any special justification. Other skills not mentioned on the templates may require asking the GM before they can be purchased for your character.
