This honey coloured candle is made from a variety of Poison Forest saps and nectars (Healing / Poisons Difficulty 18) combined with white wax. When the candle is lit it creates a cloud of thick and cloying perfume. Anyone inhaling this scent suffers from a -2 Int and -2 Pre penalty. In addition the scent of the candle increases all Channeling difficulties by 4. A single candle will burn for 30 minutes.

Dust of the Sun’s Circle is always found in pyramidal containers of stone. The top of the Pyramid can be removed to reveal a sparkling yellow dust. If a handful of the Dust (of which the average container contains but 3) is spread in a circle around up to 10 people then a dull red flame flickers up above it. Any creature attempting to pass through the flame (including anyone inside the circle when it was created) must roll Physical resisted by 18, or be thrown back, and takes D4+2 damage in any case. Arrows and other missiles cannot pass the flame. The protective wall lasts for 10 minutes.

This is a Keldian bone wreathed in a dull red flame that holds no heat, and does not ignite the things it touches. Instead it sheds a constant light in an area around 6 strides across. A Red Order Mage may grasp the bone and discharge it's energy in a single burst to gain the spellcasting bonuses of being in the Light Side during the Brilliance.

These enchanted arrows appear in quivers of 1 to 6 arrows, bearing the insignia of the Slayers of Chald. These items are rarely available on the open market, and the Slayers look dimly upon non Slayers who own them. Increase the price by 5 wherever the Slayers might get wind of the sale. When one of the arrows is shot from a bow and hits a target it explodes in a ball of flame. This flame inflicts 2D8 damage to anything within 2 strides of the impact point.

Obsidian Soul

Once in a century a Stonetalker might stumble upon this most valuable of stones, a natural Obsidian Gem that falls from the rock face at a Stonetalker's touch. When discovered an Obsidian Soul is empty and sleeping, but a Stonetalker can make an Intelligence + Healing / Stones roll resisted by a 16 to wake it. Once awoken an Obsidian Soul must be carried close to the body. When the one wearing it dies their soul and spirit passes into the stone. If their body can be restored to positive Health, and the Soul breathed upon by a Stonetalker, then their spirit returns to their body and brings it back to life. When this happens the Obsidian Soul cracks, and no longer has power.

Only a Stonetalker can identify such a stone. They must be in the deep Obsidian hills, spend at least two weeks searching, and succeed in an identification roll resisted by a 40 (see Stonetalker rules).

A pouch of red dust, slightly gritty to the touch, enchanted by the Red Order Red Earth spell. Red Earth is commonly found in soft Crdlu leather pouches containing 4-6 handfuls. Each handful can be thrown on the ground to inflict D6 damage to anyone within 1 stride of the impact point. A minority of such pouches have been enchanted to do more damage (up to D6+3), these are worth more.
