Bayushi Tajiri

Name: Bobby L. Turman, Jr.
Started Playing: A few weeks before Honor Bound came out. I was cashing in demo points from FRPG's demo teams I was in (Rage) and has a few left over. I got a Lion and Crab starter from Jade Ed. Got interested in the Crab, then Shadowlands in order to satisfy my profound sense of irony. Found a guy not long after that sold off about 2,000 cards for 20 bucks, and a large amount of Scorpion stuff was in it, including Ancestral Sword, Broken Sword, etc. That was the beginning of my love for the Scorpion. I traditionally play wiley characters and roughish types in RPG's and this clan only fueled that tradition.
Kewlest Moment: I built a Scorpion dueling deck/honor runner that simply would not perform...until I faced a hideous corrupt Fox Deck and beat the pants off of him by dueling his personalities to death, and winning by honor. To date, he is still pantsless.
Favorite Scorpion Deck type: Scorpion/Ninja "mill" deck, using Towers of Yogo SH and Abandoning the Fortunes.
Why do I play Scorpion?: "It's just my nature."

Bayushi Gaiden

Name: Chris Paleogiorgos
Profession: Mad Dogs aren't supposed to have one :)
Time Playing: Around the start of Jad
Memorable Moments:Too many too list. I like this game too much :)

Bayushi Wade

Name: Wade Greninger
Profession: Scorpion Clan Corruptor
Time Playing: Somewhere around Pearl
Memorable Moments: Actually staying awake through 4 straight games against Phoenix ring/mo5. Winning my second tourney ever with scorp military while still learning the game; surprised everyone at the store.

Bayushi Rekai

Name: Daniel Audy
Playing since: one of my friends (the local ambassador) sold me a premade deck for 5 bucks (a damm good deal too) around Hidden Emperor 4 or 5 but I didn't really get into it until Dark Journey Home
Greatest Game Moment: Actually pulling off a true traditional enlightenment victory in tournament play - against a really vicious Horde deck which I whelped militarily too

Soshi Asano

Name: Mitch Berthelson
Scorpion Since: SCC (They were the easiest clan to get into at the time and they had cool masks.)
Memorable Moments: 1. Using a Wasting Cheese/Kolat Master combo to take control of Hantei the 38th. 2. Pulling off THREE first turn double breaches at our store's Morikage. 3. Defeating a Unicorn deck in under 10 minutes play time at that same Morikage with only 3 actual Scorpions in my deck (Gotta love those Oni!). Sorry Lorenko, but you made my day.

Shosuro Roozu

Name: Ronald Roos Shosuro Roozu, The Silent One. Scorpion Clan
Time Playing: Since HE1, Jade (which ever came first)
Coolest moment Don't know. Never played a tournament before because of lack of time and money. Although I am going to one next Saturday. But I think the coolest one was that I (and this only happened once, and I'm not proud of it!) almost beat a Phoenix player in an Honour Run. He was standing on 46 Honour and I was on 42 Honour with a Breach in my hands just 1 turn to late. And as I figured I couldn't win anymore, I just continued to slay some of his personalities. Why did I join the Scorpion? First of all, I didn't want to play the game at all. I thought: Phh, another Card Game. Just a waist of money. But then my friends told me that there was a complete story around the game, and that players were able to change that a little. That convinced me to start. First with Shadowlands (the only one in the Shop, and according to my friends easier to play because of the Honour and stuff). I soon got bored with it and wanted something real. Then I was told there was a Backstabbing and Treacheres Clan around. And I found my calling. Since then only Scorp, Scorp and Scorp. (I now own almost most of the cards in my area)

Bayushi Musashi

Name: Dan Dineen
Traits: Scorpion Clan * Shadow Hunter * Ninja
Playing: Since Emerald, first picked up a Unicorn starter...found a Inheritan ce in it! 5 seconds later 3-4 older players asked me to trade it...I responded "Do you think I am idiot?"...during my first multiplayer game, using the Unicorn deck, I used my calvary to ally with just about everyone, and ended up winning by honor, through manipulation of everyone else...I bought the Scorpion starter 5 minutes later =O)

Coolest Moment: I have a few... 1. Whenever I win multiplayer with my Scorpion Honor Manipulation/Stealing/Gain ing Honor Runner...people never seem to learn...I love Taberu...=O) 2. The First time I used Kachiko Exp 3...I had 4 provinces left, and 40 honor.. .my opponent attacked me (using a dragon deck)...and I was able to superior teac tics/moce Kachiko to EVERY one of the four battles...she won every single one of them for me...she is a truly beautiful woman...=O)

Bayushi Hituro

Name: David Donachie
Started Playing: I bought Obsidian, and didn't play, so I really started with Jade
Coolest Moment: Hmmm... thats so hard, there are so many. A few might be ...

1) Playing multiplayer old style Scorpion Military against Toturi and Mantis where I talked the Mantis into aiding me when the Toturi player attacked me, even though I was winning, and did so much damage that they were both forced to attack me the next turn. In theat last battle I used Shoju to switch hands with the Toturi player and proceeded to use his Flanking and the toturi people I had kolat mastered off him to bow Yoritomo to win the battle.

2) Playing dishonour at GenCon UK last year against Mark Wooton's corrupt phoenix bloodspeaker deck. Knowing that he was sitting there on -15 honour with 2 wind's truth in hand he told everyone around him that he was 'proof against dishonour' so I breached myself and Goshiu'd it to him, he wind's truthed it back and I kitsuki evidenced it.... the look on his face as he lost was priceless!

3) Played dishonour aaginst Crane Shrine, my opponent got to 42 honour but thanks to dens, taberu, and the taoshi/goshiu combo I dragged him down again, dishonoured all his people so he couldn't get the favour and discarded anything good he drew with the Obsidian Mirror... many turns later he resigned in disgust at -10 honour =) I also should update my character, lots of RP at various places (tabetop games, LARPs, MUSHes, have ended up upgrading me to an Imperial magistrate back in my past, so I am sure I still must be now)

Bayushi Kabe

Name: Ben Johnson, aka Bayushi Kabe, aka Urokaze. Scorpion Clan Duellist
Time playing L5R: RPG: too long. CCG: since about Morikage
Memerable moments: RPG: Reading Way of the Scorpion and realising I'd made a picture-perfect Scorpion with just the core book, and chasing an Ashigaru from roof to roof though Otosan Uchi whilst pretending to be a nij-uhrm... RONIN... Yes that's right, a RONIN.... :) CCG: finally getting my deck to work.

Bayushi Yoimasu

name: paul cooper aka bayushi yoimasu scorpion clan sneaky bastard, kharmic strike master
first stronghold: sacred temple of the phoenix.
first took the game seriously: hidden emperor
favorite trick: play a tetsubo on hisa. laijutsu challenge my opponents 11/11, double chi, god and then ask him if he thinks im holding a shame or kharmic strike.

Soshi Tenbin

Name: Soshi Tenbin - Scorpion Clan Scales of Heaven * Shugenja
Playing Since: Right around ToV

Best Moment: My first tournament, doing so-so, and getting matched with another Scorpion in the last round of Swiss. He offered to concede to me if it would put me in the semi-finals. Granted, it wasn't enough to get me to the semis (but just barely), but definitely proved to me once and for all that Scorpion players are the coolest, and'll back their brothers against the other clans no matter what.

Soshi Uguri

Name: Soshi Uguri, Scorpion Clan Scholar, Colin Freeman
Started Playing: Around DJH. I got commited around Pearl (yes I know I am a youngin)
Best Game: At OrcCon against a Robo Crane. It was one of the closest games I have ever played. The one game my dishonor deck one through military.

Bayushi Hideo

Name: Steve Lickman
Alias: Bayushi Hideo, Shosuro School Actor/Informant
Playing Since:Time of the Void -learned the game playing Crab, but once I got the gist of the story, switched to Scorpion- More my style. No Regrets.
Favorite L5R/Scorpion Moment: Convincing my fiance that dressing up as Kachiko is a good idea =D. Other then that, watching over the past few months prior to S@M as my friends started metagaming against my dishonor deck- I ended up playing Military in the tournament.

Soshi Shinryu

Name: John Price
Time Playing: CCG: Since Just after TotV. RPG: 6 mos. to a year before that. I wouldn't be in the CCG at all if it weren't for Scorpion.

Experience: (note: I only do multi-player. For a really good cause I can be persuaded to do tournaments, but it ain't my niche.) Mutli-Player, I was playing the Bayushi Stronghold. There were 6 players. Naga, 4 others, and me next to the naga. Naga was playin' military, but wound up getting out so many people that he was racing for honor, with me down at a measly 20 or so. Since he was over 40 they decided on a "Everyone attack the Naga round", and I was happy to oblige. First player attacks. I ally, Iaijutsu Duel, and victory. Everyone is elated because of how much force I knocked out. Second player attacks: I ally, Iaijutsu duel - more Naga force goes bye-bye. Third player attacks - Yet another Iaijutsu duel, and even more Naga force goes bye bye. Fourth player declares an attack against naga to get his last province. "Oh", I remarked calmly, "Then I win." They forgot about all that Honor I had racked up from Allying and Duels.

Bayushi Koda

Name: Dennis Quearry / Bayushi Koda
Time playing: Imperial Edition, playing crab, then completely switching to Scorpion when Shadowlands came out.

Coolest Moment: 1.) When i made my honor/dishonor runner, and the local Crane honor cheese runner got beaten by the power of the Scorpion honor victory. Then proceeded to beat the Unicorn fast attack with it, and all the power house decks at the time. 2.) Winning through Scorpion military in a 4 player game, i took out all their provinces except one. Was my Scorpling deck.

Bayushi Elvis

name: David Chow
Playing since Imperial, but left the game entirely before Shadowlands and didn't return until C&J. I knew I wanted to be a Scorpion as soon as I saw my first picture of Kachiko and read the story in the Imperial rulebook. Nobody actually had the card, which made me want it all the more. ;-)

Coolest Moment #1: During a game at the "Return of the Fallen Hero" tournament versus a weenie Monk Military deck. He reveals a first turn Unexpected Allies and pulls a Toku. I flip my top Dyanasty card and get Shoju Inexp. Toku holds Shoju off with the favor until Kachiko's Kiss removes it. Shoju wins the game at that point. Especially cool since I wanted Shoju to return, though I think Murai might have swayed me to the Sohsi Bantaro camp by the time this thing was over. I finished 5th (more about this later) , was the top Scoprion and had my best placing at a major Tournament.

Coolest Moment #2: I'm playing against a Dragon Honor/Duelling deck with an Old School (the only school at the time) Ruined Fortress/Pekkle bomb deck at a local tourney. My opponent reaches 42 honor against me. In the next few turns I pull him back down and eventually to -20. Every other game had finsihed and everyone was watching this one. I think dishonor got a lot more respect after that. ;-)

Worst Moment: I know it wasn't part of the list, but I'm going to include it anyways. At the "Return of the Fallen Hero" tournament I had made it to the finals and was matched against a Monk Honor runner. I was playing a semi-dishonor lock deck with Shoju to win Militarily. It was a close battle the whole way with my Opponent at 40 a couple times, but Goshui pulled him back. Shoju with NSS's as back up had reduced him to 2 provinces, but with a Clan Heartland in play. With my Opponent over 40 again, I reveal Kachiko's Kiss. Deciding this was the best Honor Loss that was going to come along I bow Goshui to redirect. My heart sinks when Taro, who was hiding off to the side, bows to cancel the honor loss. I had just handed the game to my Opponent along with a chance to bring our Champion back.

Bayushi Dagurasu

Name: Bayushi Dagurasu
Time Playing: Since Imperial/Shadowlands
Coolest Moment: The first victory where my opponent lost by dishonour. His heartbeat was almost audible in those last few seconds before he went beyond -19.
Other Information: Canadian. Archaeology student.

Bayushi Kagai

Real Name - Jay Downing Online Personae - Bayushi Kagai/_Smoke/Shamanix
Location - Sherwood Park, AB. Just outside Edmonton, AB. (Yes, I'm a Canuck)
Played since.... HE6 or 7... I do recall DJH being released shortly after I started.
Coolest moment: In recent memory, I was rather amused by the S@M tourney in Kelowna, in which I managed to win a dishonor victory with my opponent's Liesx3. Wind's Truth is a beautiful thing, neh?

Shosuro Aaron

Name: Aaron Nowack/Shosuro Aaron (Scorpion Clan Newbie)
Playing Since: Pearl, managed to pick up my first Scorp starter in HB, but I knew I wanted to be Scorpion since before I started playing.

Coolest Moment: Happened this weekend actually (shows that I _really_ am a newbie) It was the first game of L5R I played against someone where both decks got off to a good start (instead of my Yogo deck crushing the decks assembled from my spare cards, as usually happens.) My friend was playing a New Akasha deck, and his force was getting very worrisome. After driving him below me in honor, I controled the favor and started to turtle up and honor run. About 2/3 through the game, we had our first large battle, and I was pretty sure I could pull it off given enough time (unfortunatly, my own Peasent revolt had bowed an Eiyo and two Urei's). His first action was a Deadly Ground. After letting him gloat for a while, I picked up a card and showed him what Kachiko x3 did. The look on his face was priceless. I then proceeded to use almost everything I had (BSL, the favor) to pull ahead in force and win the battle. It was a relief to to watch the last Crab personality be sent home and all those Naga lose their +1/+1's. But damn those River Delta tokens...

Bayushi Brimstone

name: chris keeton/bayushi brimstone*scorpion clan disemboweler
playing since: a month ago (but i only have a jade and obsidian starter)
most memorable scorpion moment: uh...i have only been playing a month, but i guess it would have to be getting a second turn bayushi aramoro (he is my favorite character). i know that this is not great by any means, but i am inexperienced and have no cool moments yet.

Yogo Osuro

OOC Name: Stephen Brula
IC Name: Yogo Osuro
Began Playing Scorpion: Time of the Void

Favorite moments: CCG Duel: Using Kachiko to "seduce" away all those pesky little Unicron battle-maidens (guess they have their little secrets). CCG Multi-Player: Convincing the most honorable Crane player (while the SLH player was away from the table) that we must band together to destroy the dishonorable evil that is corrupting the empire, using HIS samurai to MY best ability, while convincing the SLH player (while the Crane was away) to help me keep the Crane away from the honor victory and force him to keep wasting the Favor. Then, when the SLH had been appropriately beat down, going to town with Bayushi Eiyo. I can still hear the poor guy's voice... "Oh... is that what Eiyo's special ability is?!?! Well, !!!

RPG: All of this happening in one day: Manipulating a Lion Bushi (PC even) into becoming my personal bodyguard, forcing him eventually to betray his clan and commit seppuku. Luring a Phoenix (PC) shugenja into a Scorpion Temple, incense-drugging him, and transcribing & translating every spell from his scroll-book into mine. Joining in a battle against a bloodspeaker and secretly stealing a sample of tainted blood from it bloodspeaker afterwards. I then planted it in a Crab (PC's) food and convinced members of the party to check everyone for taint (led by me, of course). The Crab was tainted enough so that his own Crab (PC) companion was forced to kill him, who was then ordered to commit seppuku by the local Scorpion Magistrate (NPC) because he did not allow the Magistrate to decide the Crab's fate. All in all, it was a good day. Members of the group thought twice before scoffing my aid again.

OOC: Talking to a storeowner about the new Jade rules for L5R and how most older cards could not be used any more (the store had not sold L5R for over a year now), and later finding an unopened box of Forbidden Knowledge that the store owner agreed to sell to me for $25 (his cost basically) since most of the cards could no longer be played in tournaments.

Shosuro Ashendai

Name:Esko Gardner/Shosuro Ashendai/Ashes
Playing since: Obsidian, owned own cards since JE
Best moment: Defeating an Enlightment monk, by honor victory, with my dishonor deck (pre-FtH). "You _REALLY_ should use double chis".
Specs: Finlands only true Scorpion. Would be top ranked, but is the most inactive player in the country (not by choice).

Bayushi Ojioro

OOC Name: Robert Ciccolini
IC Name: Bayushi Ojioro
Time Playing: Since Anvil of Despair

Something Neat: CCG: Top Scorpion, GenCon '99. Winning my first katana at TotalCon '00 with Scorpion/Ratling. #1 ranked player in my region, which is New England.

RPG: Perpetrating fake hauntings by a murdered geisha and engineering her ghostly appearance to get a Shinjo daimyo to admit his guilt in her murder and in certain Imperial inproprieties. A Shiba daimyo and a Hiruma Imperial magistrate just "happened" to be sitting in the next room when he admitted his guilt to the "ghostly" geisha. Amazing how thin paper walls are. ;) LARP: Playing Bayushi Goshui at GenCon '99.

Bayushi Chochei

Name: Drew Flynn/Bayushi Chochei
Time Playing: Since Shadowlands
Coolest Moment Playing: During a multiplayer game I lost everyone province before my first turn. Evil Feeds, Desperate Measures, Return of Fu leng, Unexpected Allies (I got a Tangen!), and then Everyone allied and took my last province.

Bayushi Daikage

Name: Jon Jordan/Bayushi Daikage
Started playing with Forbidden Knowledge (Emerald Edition Lion Deck). About 3 months later I found the Scorpion Deck and never looked back

Favorite Moment(s): Slipping a Doom of the Naga into a friend's deck while I was cutting it. Playing Bayushi Aramoro the first night of Y2C and playing Goshiu the second. Playing a game at Y2C against the first member of this list I had ever met (who later defected to the ninja, then to the Lion), bringing out my Kachiko EXP3, having it Assassied, then Kolat Mastering his Kachiko EXP3.

Tetsuwa

name: Lionel Masson/Tetsuwa Unaligned duelist
time playing: Obsidian Edition
Coolest moment: There's so many... Anyway, it was using Shoju inex. His ability is really terrible !

Bayushi Shojuro

Name: Robert Finger, aka "Dubert Bayushi Shojuro, Silent Advocate Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, USA
Time Playing: I began playing sometime around the release of TotV
Coolost Scorpion Thing? Lets see, I won the Local Morikage with Scorpion Dishonor and S@M with Yogo Horde. Thats it, other than that, I suck.

Bayushi Tetsu

Name: Bayushi Tetsu, Scorpion Clan Shadow Dragon
Real Name: Calvin Jim
Playing Since: Imperial (on and off - hard to find people in sunny Saskatchewan)

Fave Moment: Seeing the look on my Crab opponant's face when he realizes that the Blessing of Isawa event that came up 10 turns earlier (and that came from HIS Dynasty deck) had not yet been used - just as I cast The Wind's Truth - sigh - got me the dishonor victory easily.

Yogo Onokae

Name: Roger S. Giner-Sorolla in real life,
playing since around Time of the Void (My very first Obsidian starter had a Kachiko in it, and I knew right then what my clan was going to be...).

Coolest moment? Playing double Shallow Graves against a Kolat Geisha, suicide dueling with Ninja Spy and losing the battle, then sending Yokuan to the Refuge for Ring of Void to beat Kisada's Funeral. Married to Battle Maiden and Imperial Ambassador Otaku Rea.

Shameless plug: Visit my Geisha House at www.cowell.org/~yogo

Bayushi Kidoma

Name: D.S. Comrie Scorpion Clan (Fill in the blank)
Time Playing: Been playing since that significant gap between Time of the Void and the Scorpion Coup. Started with Phoenix, didn't like them very much, except for Tadaka. Was a big Mortal Kombat fan, and Scorpion was my favorite ninja in said game, so I decided to pick up the Scorpion starter from the Coup. After I read what Asami did, I was hooked.

Best moment? Damn, that's hard... 1) I was attacked by a Lion player with 4 times my Force and a Rallying Cry, I had a handful of useless crap, and Kachiko X3 out. So I defended with everyone. Cancelled every one of her actions, then bowed all of her people. I won by one Force. She about decked me. 2) I scared the hell out of a Horde player at S@M by bringing out 27+ Force of cards in one turn. 3) First dishonor victory (Shame on you, Ikoma Kaoku!) 4) Finally got my Kachiko X2 for my Ninja Slayers deck...all I had to trade was a Fan of Command and Shiba Tech. 5) When I ended a discussion about Star Wars by quoting Tangen's Lies (thanks Uikku!).

Bayushi Murai

Name: Stephen Muray
Title: Scorpion Clan Poet
Time Playing: Since Anvil of Despair - Picked up a Scorpion box, was told "Scorpion's too difficult for newbies", picked up a Naga box instead, then returned to buy the Scorpion box a week later.

Coolest Experience: Hmm. I dunno. Too many to list. :) The revelation at the Return of a Lost Hero tournament that Soshi Bantaro is the man, however, might count.

Bayushi Tasogare

Name: Scott Hebert
Scorpion since:

JE is when I started playing. Had cards before then, didn't have anyone to play with. Loved Scorpion ever since I got the Shadowlands Scorpion Starter and saw the Broken Sword.

Neat thing:
Well, um, I took out a Crane Shrine honor runner twice at my S@M. With dishonor.

Bayushi Hatsu

Names: Matt Weinberg/Bayushi Hatsu/Scorpion Clan Brotherhood Infiltraitor * Ninj a, controvertial.
Scorpion since:

wow, Shadowlands. I picked up a False Hoturi at GenCon years ago and found my calling. Too bad I dislike the game now because of the Magic/L5R issue. That being that L5R players will down Magic for reason X. However, most L5R players haven't played Magic in 2+ years, and by bashing Magic they become the arrogant assholes that they think Magic players are. Hypocrits. Magic play ers never make reference to how L5R players are whiny bitches or how they're int erested in the storyline, whereas L5R players can't stop complaining that Magic is too competative and all about the money.

Fact:
damn, that's controvertial enough. Oh, i'm a Level 1 DCI Judge, too, so I run both Magic and L5R events. I also play 7th Sea CCG and Pokemon.

Bayushi Tashiro

Name: Christopher LaHaise/ Bayushi Tashiro
Time Playing:

L5R RPG, since it first came out, CCG - Pearl Edition

Coolest moment

The expression on the face of the other L5R players in the game store when they discovered I used Scorpion to run for honour.

Bayushi Oyuki

Name: Samantha / Bayushi Oyuki
Time Playing:

L5R RPG, shortly after Kit started playing instead of running.

Coolest moment - The other players finding out how evil my character was.

Bayushi Chimizu

Name: Bayushi Chimizu
Time Playing:

Since Obsidian Edition

Coolest Moment: Manipulating the Naga into becoming our servants at Gencon.

Jujun

Name: p3to Jujun on #IRC

I've played scorpion since I started the game sometime around clan coup.

Coolest moment: I would have to say qualifying my scorpion dishonor deck twice for the final day at GenCon 99 (I qualified with it on the first day and my friend qualified with my deck on the 3rd day of qualifying). I was the only scorp. to make top 16 to qualify for the final day : ) Who says dishonor is dead!

Shosuro Tzin

Name: Scorpion Clan Orator Mark Laufgraben, Brandeis University Senior

I have been beside the Scorpion since the very start. I will stand by them always. It is not what you say in court that matters. It is what remains unsaid. There is power in silence, if you will but wield it. Silence is the Void of rhetoric.

Bayushi Masayuki

name: Kerry Oshita/ Bayushi Masayuki - retired General of the Scorpion Clan
time playing:

Imperial Edition...

Coolest moment: Playing a 10 person..multiplayer game, staying up till 5:am...and coming in second.

Shosuro Jikku

Name: Shane Gibbons/Shosuro Jikku
Time playing: Since Emerald
Coolest Experience: (1) When I got the Phoenix and the Naga to Attack Yoritomo, and at the beginning of my turn (when I won) the Phoenix's comment: "I feel so....used." (2) When Tangen lept in to a duel with an Immortal Steeled bloodsword with 2 tokens on it and my opponent said, "Aw shit, it's Tangen!!" against a dueling deck. MUAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!!!

Bayushi Umezawa

Name:Steven Soo / Bayushi Umezawa
Time Playing: Since Imperial
Coolest Moment: Used a set of Imperial Swords to bribe my way through a tournament.

Bayushi Panzer

Name: Brendan Killoch/Bayushi Panzer
Playing since: Anvil of Despair.

Coolest moment:

was when I was in a 4 player multi. I was against Shadowlands, Mantis, & Unicorn. The Shadowlands tried to make a deal with me by attacking the Unicorn and asking for allies. He'd asked me before the battle and I said I would back him all the way, after he committed all his attackers he called for allies and looked at me and I looked back at him and said nothing, the look on his face was priceless. The Unicorn smashed him to pieces. I knew the Mantis was building up to attack me as I was in the lead with 27 honor (imagine a Scorpion winning by honor against a Unicorn and Mantis. I had a load of Scorpion weenies out and Shoju inexp. I had both the Broken Sword and Ancestral Sword in my hand and played them which made my force considerable but the mantis was still outforcing me a little. He attacked I used Shoju's ability, again that priceless look on a players face. He didn't know about the swap hands ability. I had a handful of dishonor and he gave me a handful of cool battle actions. He got most of his army wiped out and put me on 35 honor. The Mantis and Unicorn both had to gang up on me to kill me but I took out most of their armies with me. I am a loyal Scorpian and L5R player. I have setup the most successful CCG gaming group in Dublin City which is getting bigger all the time and we are converting Magic players to L5R.

Bayushi Valheru

Name: Vincent Brugge, Netherlands AKA: Bayushi Valheru, scorpion Clan Duelist*Ninja*inexp. Prodigy of Bayushi Yokuan.
Started playing since Jade.

My funniest scorpion experience was versus phoenix: Breach, Dark Lord's Favor, Winds Truth, Shame for -17 honor on a second turn and watching the other guy gasping for breath. Netherlands has a very(!) small L5R community, so I wasn't involved in a major tournament. But the Dutch Nationals(storyline I hope) are coming up, so maybe then...... advice on decks is always welcome.....! And I'm doing some storyline checking in the archives, to fill in the blank spots of our history. satisfied?
