Like most people I went to see Pirates of the Caribbean, and I loved it, which gave me the idea of an undead Pirate captain, but it wasn't until I needed one for my Tanaloth RPG that I really got down to work. This figure required a number of stages of work with milliput, one to do the neck, one to do the clothing, one to do the boots and gold trim, and then a couple of stages of painting as well.

The head is taken from a normal skeleton, the hat is a reversed pirate's hat. The cuffs are taken from a musketeer and the painted, while the legs are from a viking with turn-over tops added.
